Price List

Prices

All prices are quoted per apartment per night. Plus local tax (EUR 1.25 per person per night).

For short-term stays (up to three nights) we apply a surcharge of 10% of the daily price.

Our prices per day include:

· Use of the booked apartment

· Towels, bed linen, kitchen towels

· Free wifi in the whole building

· Care products in the bathroom

Children

· Until the fourth birthday: free

· Until the eight birthday: 50% discount

· Until the twelfth birthday: 30% discount

Local tax

Please note that the local tax is not included in the price and will be charged separately on-site (EUR 1.25 per adult per night).

Check in and check out

The booked apartment will be available from 14.00 o’clock on your arrival day. Please note that we do not have a reception – Please pick up the key in our nearby restaurant “Weißes Kreuz”.

Please leave the apartment on your departure day at latest at 10.00 o’clock. A late check out is only possible after a timely request and confirmation on the part of our staff.

Cancellation

Cancellations are free until 15 days before the planned arrival day. We request our guests to cancel as soon as possible if necessary.

Board

Our prices do not include food (breakfast, lunch, dinner etc.). You have the option to have breakfast in our nearby café. We are looking forward to your visit. If you prefer to have breakfast in your apartment you can buy fresh bread and everything you need for a delicious breakfast in the nearby bakery. We would be happy to prepare lunch and dinner in our restaurant “Weißes Kreuz” for you or you can eat at one of the other restaurants in Glurns (walking distance 1-10 min).

Parking

Directly in front of our house there is a parking spot where you can park to drop off your luggage (max. 15 min). For the rest of your stay there is a big public parking area not far away (80m). The special price for our guests is EUR 2 per car per day (instead of EUR 4/car/day). Please ask for the parking card for guests when you arrive. This has to be put clearly visible behind the windscreen.

Non-smoker area

Our building and our apartments are non-smoker areas. We ask you to only smoke in front of the building or on the terraces.

Pets

Clean and calm pets (e.g. dogs) are allowed upon request.
